Privacy Policy

How 010 handles information you share through this website.

Effective date: November 1, 2026

010 Data Protection Canada ("010", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through 010grp.ca, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. When you fill in our contact form or the Recovery Assurance Assessment form, or email us, we collect what you provide. This is typically your name, work email, organization and your message, plus a phone number only if you choose to give one.
  • Technical information. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
  • Insights subscription (optional). If you tick the box to receive occasional insights from 010, we keep your email address and a record of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Services run by others

Some parts of the site are provided by third parties, which collect and process information under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
  • Google reCAPTCHA checks that form submissions come from a person, not an automated program.
  • YouTube videos embedded on some pages are served by YouTube (Google).

We do not ask you to create an account on this website, and we do not collect payment information through it.

How we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to arrange an assessment or other services.
  • To send occasional insights if you have subscribed, and to follow up about our services where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
  • To keep the website secure, working and useful.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it

Only 010 team members who need your information to respond to you can access it. We use trusted service providers, such as website hosting, email and analytics, that process information on our behalf. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected: to respond to your enquiry, to manage an ongoing relationship with you, and to meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that it needs to work. Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA and embedded YouTube videos may also set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it where applicable, withdraw your consent to messages, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us at info@010grp.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
